Q - Do your tracks fade-out?
A - No, all our tracks are composed and produced to studio quality with definite endings.
Q. Are your tracks available in alternate keys?
A. YES! Simply select the 'key change' option when selecting your track and state which key(s) you require in the box provided during the checkout process.
Please note:
An email containing a link for the track in it's original key is generated on completion of the checkout process however key changes are processed by the studio at an addtional cost of £1.00 p/track and your track(s) will be emailed direct to you on completion OR can be sent by post on a back-up CD for an additional £2.00 (on request).
Q. How do I pay for the tracks?
A. Payment can be made using any major debit or credit card via Paypal.

Q - Do I need to open/have a PayPal Account? And is PayPal secure?
A - No. Even if you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay via credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account - PayPal is one of the most widely used credit card processing facilities in the World and is one of the most secure methods available
Q - How Do I Place An Order?
A - It's easy - just follow these steps:-
- Just choose the track you wish to purchase, and click 'Add To Cart'
- You will be automatically directed to the checkout with a summary of your order. You can complete your order here, or continue adding more tracks to your purchase.
- At any time, you can view your order by clicking 'View Basket'
- To finalise your order click 'Checkout'
- You'll then be prompted to login or register
- If you already have an account - use your login details to login and your personal details will be recalled
- If you haven't already registered account - you have the option to register so that when you return to the store, we keep your personal details (we do not store your card details though
- You will then be redirected to our secure payment solution 'PayPal' where you can enter your card details securely and pay for your order
- On completion of payment, you will be redirected back to our store. You can download your order on the 'Order History' page once payment has cleared - and we will also email download links to your registered email address
Q - Can I hear a preview of the track before I buy?
A - Yes. All our product pages have a mini-player - just click play and you will hear a 30-60 second preview of the track. You must have flash installed to load the player.
Q - Do you supply lyrics with your tracks
A - We have added lyrics where available and they can be printed or saved for customer use. Please note, some of our arrangements may differ slightly from the original and the lyrics supplied may not always feature fully in the arrangement. If you wish to submit any corrections please click here to email us.
Q - My download has only partially completed, or is very slow. What should I do?
A - This is most probably due to an intermittent or slow internet connection. We can't mitigate for your connection unfortunately, but if the problem persists and you cannot retrieve your order click here to email us.
Q - I have paid for my track but not received my download link?
A - If you have not received the automatically generated email containing your download link after completing the checkout process and making payment please firstly check your JUNK email folder before contacting us. If you have checked this and are still missing the email containing your download link, please email us and we will be happy to assist you.
